Julia Tentzerakis, MBA

Hello, and thank you for visiting!

I am a professional writer and editor, with my main profession being in Proposal Management, helping tech and finance companies win RFPs in the $50,000 to $500,000,000 range. While I have a lifelong interest in business, writing, and tech, I also love art.

I hold an MBA (2003) but returned to school in 2021 to study Studio Art, Graphic Design & Web Tech. These are, in part, complementary fields to Proposal Management, but also areas of personal interest. I am also a member of the Canadian Federation of Artists.

I hope you’ll join me on my exploration of the fusion of art, writing, and tech!

What is the Value of Human Creativity in an AI World?

Creativity is the spark of life. It is a match striking against sandpaper: it creates a flame that can light a single candle, create a warm hearth, or burn a sweeping fire. It is an outlet for expression that can fuel our existence and reason for being. 

Despite the rapid evolution of AI art, I think it is critical to remember that AI does not, in any way, halt the potential for human creativity. AI art can inspire human creativity and encourage it–or simply not be part of the process. 

I believe that, “Never stop creating from the soul, and the heart,” is a wonderful mantra for our time.

One of my favorite quotes, and lifelong philosophies is:  “The harder I work, the luckier I get,” attributed to Samuel Goldwyn.
